Nitin Poddar brings over 14 years of leadership experience in hospitality and education to Ehsaas. An MBA in Marketing (IEC University) and a Hotel Management graduate (GGSIP University), he began his career mastering front-office operations at ITC Hotels and later took on key roles at Fitness First India and Co-Incept Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., driving training, operations and customer experience.

His academic journey  as Associate Director at AAFT School of Hospitality & Tourism and Principal at ITM Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai  reflects his passion for bridging industry and education. He has authored books on service quality and consumer behavior, published research on sustainability and tourism, and holds two patents, underscoring his innovative approach.
