Eligibility for Returns
Personalized / Custom Items
Since these items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Non-Custom / Standard Products
We accept returns on non-personalized items only if there is a manufacturing defect.
Timeframe for Returns
Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for your order (or an alternative method, if required).
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exchanges
