Risk in the products transfers to you when the products are delivered to your delivered address. If damaged in transit, you must report issues to us within24hrs of delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Personalized/custom items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by you or subjective to availability.. Processing time for refunds is typically 2-3 days after we receive the returned product.
Personalisation Policy
If you choose personalization or custom messaging, please ensure all spelling, grammar, and instructions are correct before submission. We are not responsible for errors made by customers in personalization details.
Custom orders will be processed only after final approval of your custom design/text, and payment is made in full.
